Manchester Weekend at Salford Quays
11th - 14th October

Join us for a weekend to explore Manchester, the Rolls Royce of cities. As well as being the birthplace of the industrial revolution, Manchester is jampacked with history and scientific heritage.

Our hotel is situated right in the heart of Salford Quays, within a few minutes of the city centre via direct tram access.

During our stay we will have a cruise on the Princess Katherine for a 1 hour tour around Salford Quays and the Manchester Ship Canal. We will get an insight into the history of the area with a unique view of Manchester, including Media City, Old Trafford and the disused docks. We then board the coach for a guided tour of the city.

Manchester has so much to offer to tourists, one free day won't be enough. Coronation Street fans may chose to do The Experience Tour, not far from the hotel, or you can take the Manchester Bus Tour, to see all the city has to offer. Why not visit The Imperial War museum, or admire the gothic architecture of the library or cathedral. If you are a football fan, then take a look at the famous stadiums, or art lovers may chose the Whitworth Gallery, home to the largest permanent collection of work by David Hockney. With plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants you will be spoilt for choice.

Tour price for 4 days includes:-

Deposit £50 per person
